Job Description:
1. Responsible for line maintenance shift operation, for all assigned works accomplished correctly or smooth handover.
2. Lead teams to provide safe and reliable maintenance on aircraft.
3. Select correct parts, tools, material and safeguard all tools and equipment.
4. Utilize all maintenance publications and other approved documents while performing aircraft maintenance.
5. Provide on the job training to technicians in proper techniques and procedures as assigned by manager.
6. Complies with CAAC and FAA regulations, company standards and general safety practices in accomplishment with the job.
7. Documents work in accordance with CAAC’s, FAR’s, company policies & procedures, local policies, etc.
8. Insure that work conforms with inspection standards, prints, applicable specifications, diagrams, work orders, etc.
9. Perform work in order classifications when incidental to own work assignment and assist other aircraft maintenance personnel as required.
Education:

Qualifications:
1. Prefer CAAC Maintenance Personal License with aircraft type rating & FAA Airframe & Powerplant license with 5-8 years experience as aviation maintenance technician.
2. Airport driver license preferred.
3. Must be willing to work odd, work weeks, rotating shifts, overtime weekends and holidays.
4. Multi-language capability, proficiency(verbal & written) in English and Chinese Mandarin is strongly preferred.
5. Working knowledge of all aspects of aircraft maintenance techniques, equipment, operations, procedures and servicing used in line maintenance.
6. Ability to diagnose malfunctions of systems, inform supervisor/manager and take necessary corrective action.
7. Ability to interpret all maintenance publications and other approved documents.
