岗位职责：
l 参与嵌入式EEPROM IP及standalone EEPROM产品的电路设计工作
l 负责EEPROM全芯片的功能性能仿真
l 参与相关的失效分析工作，协助质量部门分析及提升产品可靠性；协助测试，TD等部门提升产品良率
l 对版图工程师进行必要的协助和指导
技能需求
l 理解CMOS电路基本原理，掌握基本的电路设计技能
l 对CMOS工艺，特别是NVM工艺、器件有一定的了解
l 熟练使用EDA工具进行电路设计仿真
l 具备基本的版图设计知识
教育背景
微电子相关专业硕士/本科

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design EEPROM for stand alone and embedded application.
• Build the memory architecture and evaluate the loading during pre-layout design phase
• Optimize the leaf circuit based on different requirement

Special knowledge, skill and ability requirements:

• Understand CMOS process and high voltage EEPROM/Flash process.
• Understand device physics and design rule. The layout experience is in advantage
• EDA tools experience such as hspice/spectre/composer etc.
• Good personal skill and a team player.
• Can read, write English very well. Spoken English is preferred.

Education and experience required:

BS/MS in Micro-electronics or equivalence.
