Job Purpose:
Responsible for conducting social audits on factories to ensure compliance with ethical practices. Additionally, the role includes monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of CSR initiatives and communicating the company's CSR efforts to internal and external stakeholders. The role plays a crucial part in promoting transparency, accountability, and sustainability within our supply chain operations. Overall, the CSR Officer drives the organization's efforts to be a responsible corporate company and contributes to its reputation as a socially and environmentally conscious entity.

Key Accountabilities:

Conduct Code of Conduct (CoC) Audits in China and South-East Asia,

Write and submit audit reports in timely manner,

Develop reasonable Corrective Actions Plan (CAP) with suppliers after CoC Audit by providing necessary support and guidance,

Monitor and follow up CAP implementation by suppliers,

Address the root causes of audit findings and enhance suppliers’ engagement to improve,

Provide clerical and administrative support to the department,
对部门提供文书和行政的支援
Guide suppliers to maintain systems and conditions to ensure their CoC compliance in long-term,

Assist or conduct internal and external CoC trainings, and

Conduct ad hoc visits & support CSR and Sustainability related projects.

Requirements:
要求
Degree holder, in Social Science or Accounting preferred,
本科学历，社会科学或财务专业优先考虑
At least 3 years CoC auditing experience for factories producing diversified merchandises,

Well-versed understanding on general suppliers operations including CoC approach and production flow,

Solid experience in formulating, implementing and evaluating CSR programs or initiatives to assist suppliers to achieve CoC compliance in long-term,

Demonstrated effective skills in coaching and training suppliers to deal with critical CoC issues persistently,

SA8000 Lead Auditor and handling overseas audit are the absolute advantages,
