Job Responsibility:
1. Once the project set up, the project manager is responsible to look after every detail of the project. The planning process involves forming a team of experts required for effective completion of the project, stating the purpose of the whole project and assigning the team members specific roles; planning out the resources needed for the project and chart out a budget plan; coming up with a schedule of the project outlining the dates for each milestone.
2. Conduct regular meetings with team members on a daily / weekly basis to know the status of the project, and also to make certain changes and improvements, if necessary, to achieve the desired results;
3. Need to keep track of the order as qtys, specs, schedule, etc;
4. Need to keep track of shipments and dates;
5. Developing and maintaining cordial relationships with clients and team members. Acting as a link between both the parties and interfacing with customer as single point of contact, starting with initial involvement at the sales development stage. Dealing with problems that may arise within the project team or issues with the clients;
6. The job of the project manager also involves supervision of whether the team members are working efficiently. Should have the capability to motivate and influence them to put in all their efforts to accomplish the given task successfully;
7. After the project is completed, the project manager should conduct a meeting with the team to evaluate the whole project and to discuss the results. The project manager should identify the key factors that led to the completion of the project and also those that were not beneficial for the project, so that they can be avoided in the future.
8. A project manager may have to manage more than one project at a time. He / She should see to it that all the projects under his / her supervision are going on smoothly. It should not happen that a project manager concentrates on one project and neglects the others. He should have the ability to shift between various projects.
9. Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
-项目确定后,负责项目实施的细节,规划为高效完成项目而搭建的专家团队。说明项目的目的,安排团队成员的角色,规划项目需要资源和费用预算。
-组织会议了解项目进度,如必要进行调整改变,以达成既定成果;
-需要跟进订单要求的质量、规格好日程等等;
-需要跟进货运情况和交期;
-维护客户关系,发展团队成员。作为衔接公司和客户双方的窗口,担当销售的角色,处理项目可能会出现的团队中的或客户的问题。
-监管团队人员的工作效率,激励和引导他们全力以赴地成功完成项目工作;
项目完成后,组织团队进行项目评估工作,研讨项目成果。界定项目达成过程中的关键因素和不利因素,从而后期避免不利影响。
-管理多个项目,应当确保项目的顺利开展。不应当因专注于某一项目而忽略其他,应当有能力兼顾不同项目。
完成上级主管安排的其他任务。


Qualification任职资格:
1. Having knowledge of materials, especially of wood, paint and metal parts;
2. Familiar with the manufacturing processes and focus on finishing quality & the machining/processes tolerances;
3. Financial management skills;
4. Good English communication (verbal and written) skills and interpersonal skill
5. Efficient team management skills
6. Computer or technical knowledge
7. Enthusiasm for challenge and new initiatives
8. Bachelor degree or above, at least 5 years relative working experience in the industries of furnitures,construction, or decoration, etc.
