Role Overview: Project Manager provides interior design consultancy and commercial projects coordination. A project manager may perform the following tasks: 1. Project management which includes planning, supervising, controlling and coordinating projects. 2. Coordinate with internal staff and suppliers/contractors to ensure fulfillment of clients' requirements. 3. Prepare projects costing, proposals and contracts.
Job Requirements: 1. Good degree in Interior Design/Building/equivalent. 2. Minimum 3 years of good track record in the interior design. 3. Excellent project & people management skills. 4. Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity. 5. Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment. 6. Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin. 7. Good communication & interpersonal skills. 8. Management and leadership skills. 9. Good organizational and presentation skills.
