职位描述
Key Accountabilities:
- Proactively initiate business development activities of existing and new clients through direct mailers, canvassing etc.
- Assist the Department Head to design and implementation on business plans and programs;
- Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with key clients;
- Create relevant marketing materials and client lists;
- Build and maintain an accurate and up-to-date client database;
- Manage transactions;
- Create strategic and powerful tools and systems, including proposals, presentations and collaterals;
- Support the Department Head in day-to-day operations and administrations;
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for property transactions;
- Provide high quality pre-sale and post-sale services to clients.
- Perform any other duties by direct supervisor.


Requirements & Qualifications:
- At least five years’ real estate and leasing experience in the commercial field preferably Shanghai/China markets and/or mature markets;
- Well educated and trained in real estate field;
- Proficient in spoken and written English and preferably with basic Mandarin;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and hard-working

工作职责:
- 积极发展与现有客户进一步合作机会,并通过邮件或者拜访拓展新的客户.
- 协助部门经理企划并执行业务计划和活动.
- 建立并紧密维护重要客户的合作伙伴关系.
- 撰写相关的市场传讯资料以及客户名录.
- 建立并维护精确的和时时更新的客户资源数据库.
- 完成交易相关程序.
- 创建战略性的、有效的工具以及系统,包括客户提案、客户拜访介绍和资料.
- 支持部门经理完成日常的操作和行政工作.
- 与内外部合作完成交易.
- 向客户提供高质量的销售服务.
- 完成直属上级交予的其他工作职责.


资历要求:
- 至少8年以上房地产及办公楼租赁经验,有上海/中国等成熟市场工作经验者优先考虑.
- 优秀的跨国公司工作经历.
- 在房地产行业具有良好教育背景,并接受过全面的培训.
- 英文(口语,书面)精通;具有一定的中文基础优先考虑.
- 优秀的沟通技巧以及优良的人际交往能力,自律,并且努力工作.
