*Description of main tasks

 a) Read and learn the details requiremnet of SOP and quotation

b) Handing order follow up with origin offices according to customers booking follow up till shipment onboard

c) Receive Manifest from original and create file accordingly

d) Double check  the documents data with airline follow up the flight shedule

e) Complete charge list and reports on time

f) Issue local invoices to clients,ensure COD(Cash on Delibery)policy is abided by strictly

g) Ensure complete and correct date will be inputted in OP syetem

h) Double check and make sure the AP/AR amount is correct,update into system on time

i) Handover files on time

j) Other tasks assigned by superior or department manager
