主要职责：
1.拓展蛋白质生物学团队，完成新技术产品晋级研发，博士以上学历；
2.负责体外蛋白质工程设计、制备纯化、结构解析，分子改造等；
3.负责靶标蛋白质改造、优化、分子进化；
4.负责新型生物活性蛋白质等定量、活性测定；
5.进行生化反应测试，样品分离分析，高通量检测标准；


任职要求：
1.要求有生物化学、生物物理学、分子生物学、结构生物学等相关专业；
2.熟练掌握分子生物、生化实验、蛋白核酸分析、细胞培养等各项操作技能；
3.掌握工程蛋白质表达、制备，纯化、结晶、衍射及结构解析等各项技能；
4.工作主动性和责任心强，耐心仔细，热爱实验室工作，动手能力强。敢于摸索、创新者优先。
5.有3年及以上工作经验者，有海外管理和研发经验者优先。
6.入职后会根据岗位需求和员工期望在具体工作内容上做定岗选择。


Main Duty:
1. Expand the team of protein biology and complete the development of new technology products.
2. Responsible for protein design, preparation and purification, structural analysis and molecular engineering transformation;
3. Responsible for the transformation, optimization and molecular evolution of targeted proteins;
4. Responsible for quantitative and activity determination of new bioactive proteins;
5. Conducting biochemical reaction tests, separation analysis of humoral samples and high throughput detection standards;


Job Requirements:
1. Requirements of biochemistry, biophysics, molecular biology, structural biology and other related majors;
2. Proficient in molecular biology, biochemical experiment, protein nucleic acid analysis, cell culture and other operational skills;
3. Mastered the skills of protein expression, preparation, purification, crystallization, diffraction and structural analysis;
4. Be proactive and responsible, be patient and careful, love lab work, and have a strong hand in hand. Dare to feel, the innovator ***.
5. With 3 years or above experience in R&D, overseas management and R&D experience is preferred.

Protein Biology Engineer:


Main Duty:
1. Expand the Molecular Biology Team to develop the new technology and products;
2. Be responsible for protein design, expression, purification, structural determination, molecular engineering;
3. Be responsible for protein reporter engineering, optimization, molecular evolution;
4. Be responsible for novel bio-active protein quantification, activity assay;
6. Be responsible for biochemical assays, body fluid sample separation, HTS analysis;


Job Requirements:
1. Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Structural Biology, Biophysics or related professional degrees;
2. Experience in Molecular biology, biochemical studies, protein and nucleic acid analysis, and cell culture;
3. Experience in protein expression, purification, crystallization, diffraction, structural determination, and other related skills;
4. Strong initiative and sense of responsibility, loving lab research.

6. Three or more years of oversea experience in R&D, management or development.
