Responsibilities: 1. Make initial contact with specified customers and introduce Balluff Products and services by outbound call. 2. Familiar with the telephone communication skills, know the customer’s needs. Maintain the target customers, finish the indicators in time. 3. Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, tradeshows and training initiative etc. 4. Put the customer’s correct information and report into systems. 5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge by attending product training sessions with Tech and Application support. 6. Review generated CRM, and SAP reports daily for potential or lost opportunities and communicate with sales team.? 7 .Finish the assigned tasks and report to supervisor, as well as keep good relationship with other colleagues.
Profile of Candidate 1. College and above. 2. At least 1 year’s relative working experience. 3. Excellent communication and phone skill. 4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 5. Ability to develop potential customers. 6. Collection and arrangement of customer data. 7. Research customer survey skills. 8. Seek customers through exhibition or email contact. 9. Develop customers based on customer needs and phone calls. 10. According to the existing customer information mining customer needs.
