岗位职责
1、对目标客户进行电话开发、产品介绍及推广工作。
2、熟练掌握电话沟通技巧,了解客户需求,对目标客户群体进行跟进、维护等,按时完成公司下达的通话指标。
3、跟进展会、路演等各个渠道获得的潜在客户信息,进一步挖掘并且完善客户信息。
4、将客户信息及联络报告准确录入系统。
5、参加公司组织的各类产品培训。
6、按时关注CRM和SAP系统的日常报告,如发现客户流失情况需要及时与销售团队沟通。
7、汇报给部门主管,并按时完成好分配的工作,与其他同事保持沟通顺畅。
任职要求
1、专科及以上学历,专业不限。
2、至少1年以上相关工作经验,优秀的应届生亦可。
3、有较强的沟通技巧和电话沟通技巧。
4、具备能够在压力模式下工作,以及具备快速适应能力。
5、具备潜在客户开发能力。
6、客户数据的收集和整理。
7、研究调查客户技巧。
8、通过展会或者邮件联络方式寻求到客户。
9、基于客户需求和电话陌拜开发客户。
10、根据现有客户信息挖掘客户的需求。
11、***限度提高工作效率。
Telesales
Responsibilities:
1. Make initial contact with specified customers and introduce Balluff Products and services by outbound call.
2. Familiar with the telephone communication skills, know the customer’s needs. Maintain the target customers, finish the indicators in time.
3. Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, tradeshows and training initiative etc.
4. Put the customer’s correct information and report into systems.
5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge by attending product training sessions with Tech and Application support.
6. Review generated CRM, and SAP reports daily for potential or lost opportunities and communicate with sales team.?
7 .Finish the assigned tasks and report to supervisor, as well as keep good relationship with other colleagues.
Profile of Candidate
1. College and above.
2. At least 1 year’s relative working experience.
3. Excellent communication and phone skill.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
5. Ability to develop potential customers.
6. Collection and arrangement of customer data.
