Our services are designed to build long-term customer relationships by creating individual shipping solutions for our clients. The customer service plays an important part in the company. This position is responsible for the office, sales, and production departments. The customer service coordinator must be flexible and work well under pressure and must display a friendly-professional demeanor. Routinely interacts with all levels of the organization and is relied on for ad hoc projects and routine tasks.
