Key Account Manager Stabilus China


STABILUS is the world-market-leader for gas springs and dampers. Approx. 7,000 employees manufacture quality to the highest reliability standards in 11 plants around the world. Our products help to make automobiles, furniture, and machines safer and more comfortable.

As a globally operating company, we want to reaffirm and extend our position as world-market-leader.
To achieve these goals, we are looking to reinforce our team with a:


Key Account Manager for our Sales Office in Shanghai


Your duties:


- Develop and execute sales strategy
- Be responsible for particular accounts in automotive industry
- Direct contact with customer and develop customer relationship
- Collect & analyze information about market, customers and competitors
- Support National Salas Manager to conduct price negotiation and contract & order review with customers




Our requirements:


- 5 + years of Sales and/or Application engineering experience in the automotive industry
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Familiar with engineering process and manufacturing environment
- University or equivalent degree in Marketing/Commercial/mechanical/automotive engineering or related majors
- Strong sense of responsibility, high initiative, mature and reliable
- Customer- and market-oriented
- Self-motivated
- Be able to work under pressure
- Fluent in English
- The experience with local automotive customers will be preferential.
