Rail Customer Service 铁路客服
Daily space booking according to the request of clients.按照客户要求进行日常订舱

To amend or optimize the solution according to the market or cargo status.根据市场形势及货物情况及时调整或优化进出口方案

To coordinate and solve the problem for overseas colleagues and clients in time during transportation .及时协调或解决国外同事或客户在运输过程中遇到的问题

To keep good relationship with clients, visit timely and know the requirements.同客户保持良好的关系，定期上门拜访，了解需求

To check all export revenues and costs before month ending.月底前核对每票货物的收入及成本

To collect the railway market information, update and maintain the tariffs of each railway carrier. 收集铁路市场信息，对各班列公司的价格进行更新和维护

Monitor the loading on the spot when necessary. 必要时现场监装。

Back up for team members when necessary.必要时做同事的后备

Other tasks assigned by direct supervior and department manager. 上级主管或部门经理安排的其他工作


Personal Capabilities & Education
Relative 2-5 years experience in forwarder industry, being able to work independly.

有2-5年相关行业从业经验,能够独立工作

Being able to communicate with local and overseas agents and clients smoothly.

具亲和力,能够与国内代理及本土客户流畅沟通

Being familiar with MS office and good English reading、writing & speaking ability.

熟悉办公自动化软件,英语读写及口语能力佳

Team player to work with high responsibility and patience.

对待工作细致耐心,有责任心,能够和团队成员和睦相处

Colledge or undergradudate degree.

大专以上学历

Experience in LCL consolidation is preferred
