1) Establish fluent and efficient communication between our office in France and the factories. 2) Execute all related merchandising activities, like preparing fit samples and cost sheet for approval. 3) Drive the development process from tech packs received to producing fit samples till finally production. 4) Constant update and interaction with the supplies. 5) Measure garments, communicate the needs of customers and deal with factories. 6) Assit to find best suitable factories for each difffferent model, depending on style, fabric, and cost efficiency. 7) Responsible for getting fabric, lab dips and fit samples approved by customers. 8）Follow up new sampling process for buyer.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
1) At least 5 years working experience , in garment industry/knitting will be a plus.
2) Preferred in both factory and buying office.
3) college graduate or above
4) team player and enthusiastic
5) CET 6, good at communication both oral/written in English.
