Main Responsibilities/主要职责 1. Support VP to Achieving the assigned yearly sales targets 完成事业部副总裁分派的年度销售目标 2. Maintain all aspects of the sales process 管理指定客户销售进程的各方面环节 3.Actively manage customer projects and follow up in a timely manner 积极管理客户项目并及时跟进 4. Maintaining and increasing project and solution sales and expanding the customer base 维护和增加解决方案项目的销售和扩展客户数 5. Arrangement of visits according to customer requirements 根据客户的需求安排拜访 6. Collecting customer feedback and market research and analyse market competitors 收集客户的反馈和市场调研及分析市场竞争对手 7. Coordinate a project team and Networking at relevant events/lobbying 协调项目团队并组织或参加相应的市场活动 8. Any reasonable management requests 任何合理的管理要求
Job Requirements/岗位需求 1. Proven success in direct sales of complex technical products and solutions 在直销领域和方案型销售方面有成功的经验 2. Experience in food/pharma market 有食品/医药市场的经验 3. Bachelor degree on Science and Technology academic or above 理工专业本科或以上学历 4. 5 years or above related experience, prior consider for any candidate who has at least 3 years key account/ project sales in the restaurant, retail and food or parma business related industries 5年以上工作经验,其中包括3年以上大客户/项目销售,从事过餐饮、零售及食品或制药企业相关行业大客户者优先考虑! 5. Team work sprit, and good internal coordination ability, willing frequent travel 具有团队合作,内部协调能力,能适应经常出差 6. Good reading and writing in English,good operative in MS office software (PPT, Excel & Word 英语读写能力强,office办公软件操作熟练
