Position Description The incumbent will be responsible for assisting with academic human resources affairs in the Academic Administration Office at GTIIT.
Duties and Responsibilities 1. Provide support for implementing the administration procedure of teacher HR support, including salary matching, contract terms explanation, employment contract preparation, orientation, etc; 2. Provide support for data entering for teachers; 3. Assist in Government reports related to academic members; 4. Manage Government Data systems related to teachers; 5. Assist Head of Academic Administration Office on other projects as needed; 6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Required Job Specifications 1. Required qualification: bachelor degree or above from an internationally reputable university; Accounting or HR major is preferred; 2. Required experience:1-2 years, working experience in HR is preferred.
