The incumbent will assist the Secretary General in the work of the Foundation, including drafting documents, conducting activities, receiving visitors, etc., and serve as a liaison between the Foundation and various departments of the school.
Duties and Responsibilities 1. Complete the daily work of the Foundation under the guidance of the Secretary-General of the Foundation. 2. Assist in planning and drafting donation proposals to attract donations from the university, alumni and external supporters. 3. Participate in project management at all levels of the Foundation. 4. Assist in maintaining donor relationships, including but not limited to project follow-up and reporting, event reception. 5. Act as an liaison between the university and alumni, provide timely supports to activities including alumni visits. 6. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
Required Job Specifications
1. Required qualification: Master degree or above. 2. Required work experience: Experience in public welfare industry or university administration is preferred.
