DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Follow and implement HSE procedures/policies to keep workplace safe and clean (5S);

? Familiar with warehouse management ERP system, Familiar with the methods, norms and operating procedures of warehouse operation and warehouse management.

? Manage the receipt, delivery, and storage of daily warehouse materials, send and receive materials strictly according to the process requirements, to ensure the consistent account, card and material of warehouse items; According to the warehouse procedures, order the receipt and delivery of materials, goods on and off the shelf.
? 管理日常仓库物料的收、发、入库，严格按流程要求收发物料，确保仓库物品账、卡、料一致；按照仓库程序，下单订购物料、货物的上架和下架。
? Cycle count of warehouse inventory, and responsible for the storage aging parts, FIFO and check the inventory data regularly.
? 仓库库存周期盘点，负责存放老化件，先进先出，定期检查库存数据。
? Warehouse planning and correct placement. Warehouse areas are clearly placed, materials are clearly marked, relevant records are continuous and legible.
? 仓库规划和正确放置。库区摆放清晰，物料标识清晰，相关记录连续清晰。
? Responsible for the order, safety, integrity, and effectiveness of material management, implement partition storage management of warehouse materials to ensure storage capacity and appearance.
? 负责物资管理的秩序、安全、完整、有效，对仓库物资实行分区存储管理，确保存储容量和外观。
? Correct preparation, confirmation, and handover of work documents. The records of the material ledger are correct.
? 正确准备、确认和移交工作文件。物料台账记录正确。
? Complete the annual safety training, master the safety key points of the post, and report any safety risks and hazards.
? 完成年度安全培训，掌握岗位安全要点，报告安全风险隐患。

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
? High school/technical secondary school or above, 2-5 years of manufacturing or logistics warehouse management or operation experience.
? 高中/中专以上学历，2-5年制造或物流仓储管理或运营经验。
? Familiar with electric forklift, stacker, forklift license is preferred.
? 熟悉电动叉车、堆高车、叉车驾照者优先。
? Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to operate related ERP professional systems is preferred.
? 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能操作相关ERP专业系统者优先。
? Responsible, careful, diligent, and organized, hardworking and withstand overtime and shift work.
? 有责任心、细心、勤奋、有条理、吃苦耐劳，能承受加班和轮班工作。
? Familiar with the management process of goods in and out of the warehouse, computer billing and entry of goods in and out of the warehouse.
? 熟悉货物进出库管理流程、电脑计费和货物进出库的管理流程。
? Able to operate basic OFFICE software.
? 能够操作基本的OFFICE 软件。
? Good basic knowledge of logistics management and financial management; Good inventory control skills.
? 良好的物流管理和财务管理基础知识； 良好的库存控制能力。
? Familiar with customs or quality inspection procedures or can read written English is preferred.
? 熟悉海关或质检程序或能阅读书面英语者优先。
? Abide by company rules and regulations.
