Key Responsibilities: 1.Cover key domestic OLED display account and responsible for capital equipment business and its forecast. 2.Develop key account strategy and implement by coordinating the effort of multiple departments globally. 3.Own customer relationship. Build trust and social network between the companies. Interact from working level up to the executives. 4.Communicate and present product roadmaps and capabilities to the customers, as well as communicating and presenting the customers’ technology needs to the business group. 5.Own commercial related activities such as quoting, negotiations, bidding, equipment sign-off and account receivable collections. 6.Support escalations and work with peer groups to resolve critical customer issues. 7.Maintain appropriate coverage and documentation for all assigned customers.
Qualifications: 1.10+ years of Flat Panel Display, Semiconductor or related industry background is a must. 2.5+ years of equipment sales experience. Large capital equipment experience is strongly preferred. 3.Customer focus with business ambition and entrepreneurship spirit. 4.Systematic sales training experience in strategic selling and large account management is a plus. 5.Requires both individual work efficiency and teamwork spirit. 6.Flexible to travel domestic/international based on business request. 7.Fluent English communication skills in both written and verbal is required to communicate with cross-regional counterpart.
