DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Responsible for mechanical 3D design and document release, including but not limited to: N2 chamber and N2 system design, automation and motor drive system design, equipment layout and frame design, pneumatic system design,heating and cooling system design.
2.Responsible for the initial installation and testing of components, modules and systems.
3.Record the change of the design document version.
4. Responsible for making and updating the BOM.
5. Responsible for providing on-site problem solutions.
6. Ability to travel occasionally as required.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
1. BS in ME or better. Korean can be used as a working language.
2. Extensive experience in following areas: error budget allocation, dynamic and static designs, frames, packaging.
3. Must be proficient with solid CAD (Solidworks desirable). Experience in model analysis with FEA.
4. Familiar in manufacturing process. Experience in 1-2 full system design cycles (from devising System Specifications until release to production).
5. Documentation skills and familiarity in PDM tool is desirable.
6. Experience with system and component joint development with outside companies is also a must.
7. Ownership abilities.
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
