· 内部技术支持：物流、质量、SQA和销售 Interface with internal quality, SQA, logistic & Sales, …
· 负责EBOM的更新 .Update EBOM.
过程管理Manager the process
· 新工艺标准化作业指导书的审核Review the new process standard operations
· 工位布置的更新的审核 Review for update the workshop station and layout
· 工装及设备的更新计划 Plan for tooling and equipment
· SR拧紧设定及更的审核Review SR report setting and update
· 线平衡数据测量及分析的审核Review measure analyse line balance & routing time
· PFMEA 和流程图更新的审核 Review for update PFMEA & flow chartg
· 过程质量问题分析及过程改进 Analyse process problem and improvement
支持技术降成本
· 材料和零部件国产化认可Validate the localization of Material and parts.
· 参加VA/VE项目，从技术角度提供支持Participate VA/VE program, support from the point of technology
新产品先期策划Advanced plan of new product
· 先期技术策划ATP
· 提交技术方案、样件试制及其客户认可Technical proposal, prototype and validation from customer
· 检查来自设计部门的BOM 和产品图纸Check the BOM, drawings & specification from design dept.
· 协助实现新产品工业化 Assist the industrialization of new product


任职资格：Job qualification
l 理工科本科以上学历 Majoring in Science and Technology, Bachelor degree or above
l 英文四级或以上;熟练的英文或法文读写能力;熟悉办公软件和绘图软件Band Four above or good at English writing、speaking、listening and reading;Familiar with office software and drawing software
l 3年以上汽车制造行业工作经验;3年以上工厂技术经验 3 years above automobile industry work experience;3 years above factory technique experience
l 较好的学习能力和动手能力;有较强责任心;有较强团队合作意识;Has quick studying capability and approaching capability;Has stronger responsibility sense;Has stronger teamwork cooperation consciousness
l 英语能作为工作语言，熟练掌握;Require good English communication skills.
