1. 负责机器人工程师组日常管理工作; Manage robot engineers team daily work; 2.制定机器人工程师工作计划并检查结果; Make robot engineer work plan and check the results; 3.评估团队成员的专业技术水平和表现; Evaluate group members technical skills level and performance; 4. 指导团队成员在机器人技术调试过程中能力的提升和成长; Mentor team members to grow up healthy step by step in robot commissioning; 5. 支持团队成员解决在项目实施阶段遇到的技术难题, 比如:虚拟调试、离线编程、在线调试等等; Supporting team members during projects phase, like: VC,OLP and online commissioning etc.; 6.检查下包商的程序质量并指导其达到客户的标准; Check sub supplier program quality and lead them to customer standard ; 7.组织安排本组的内部和外部培训; Organize internal and external training in group. 8.参与机器人工程师的笔试试题制定及现场面试环节,给出评分及评价; Participate in the preparation of written examination questions and on-site interview for robot engineers, and give scores and evaluations; 9.完成项目经理交办的工作并对其汇报; Complete the work assigned by the project manager and report to him;
任职资格: Qualifications:
1. 机械自动化/汽车相关专业学历大专及以上学历; College degree or above in mechanical automation/automobile related majors; 2. 工业自动化行业3年以上工作经验,跨国公司经历优先; More than 3 years of experience in Automation industry ,multinational company is preferred; 3. 至少1年以上管理10人的团队经验; At least more than 1years management experience over 10 employees; 4. 至少熟悉一种机器人品牌KUKA,ABB,FANUC; Familiar with at least one robot brand, KUKA, ABB, FANUC; 5. 熟悉主要汽车电气标准:宝马,奔驰,大众等; Familiar with major automotive electrical standards: BMW, Benz, Volkswagen, etc 6.普通话流利,具有基本的英语听说读写能力; Fluent in Mandarin, with basic English written and oral skills 7.主动、负责能够承受压力,团队合作精神,接受出差。 Initiative, responsible, can work under pressure, team-working spirit accept business trip.
