Job Aim 工作目标 To lead the store management teams in maximizing sales and profit while achieving set targets. Provide leaderships, coaching and discipline to ensure the highest standards of customer service, store presentation, inventory management and store administration are achieved within designated area of stores. Consistently ensure all company policy and procedures are implemented while striving at all times to reduce store costs. Personal Qualities&Qualifications 个性品质及任职资格 I. University / College degree holder 本科或专科学历 II. At least 3 years operational managerial position holder in chained retail operations 3年以上连锁零售企业营运管理岗位工作经验 III. Good ability in organization and leadership, good team spirit 较强的组织和领导能力,良好的团队合作精神 IV.
