Position Responsibilities 1. Analysis organization development plan and labor market status, work with talent development team to design the recruiting strategy 2. Define the recruiting structure and channels which could reach sufficient and right targeted talent 3. Design assessment toolbox and process on candidate evaluation and provide coaching and training to hiring managers 4. Lead recruiting activities and facilitate hiring managers on evaluation and selection candidates to ensure the hiring quality with reasonable timeline and cost 5. Filtering and managing talent pool, developing and polishing employer branding in market to keep attractiveness to talent 6. Analyze and report on onboarding and exit status, provide ER improvement insights and constructive suggestions Position Qualification & Requirements 1. Above 5 years HR function experience 2. 3 years recruiting experience 3. Fluent English communication 4. Solid soft skills on communication
