Prepare the accessories for testing, such as cable, socket and so on. 8. Support design and prepare the fixture for testing, if needed. 9. Commissioning test bench for new projects. Test programming and debug 1. INCA or other calibration tools 1) Establish the communication with INCA on testbench, to calibration and measurement battery signal and recording test data 2) Modify the INCA configuration base on test bench. 2. Vector tools 1) Establish the communication with Vector on testbench. 2) Modify the Vector configuration base on test bench 3) Modify the CAPL to make sure the RBS is working on different test bench and different project. 4) Develop application function base on Vector tools for improving the test efficiency. 5) To be the interface with IT or Vector support team to solve the issues 3. ECU-Test 1) Create ECU-Test configuration base on different test benches. 2) Develop ECU-Test package for testing. 3) Modify the ECU-Test package according to the changing of test case. 4) To be the interface with IT or ECU-test support team to solve the issues. 5) Implement the ECU-test software to get the test result. 4. Automation system 1) The test bench automation system would be ESD and Lynx but will not be only these two in the future. 2) Develop automation system program for testing. 3) Writing program according to test specification. 4) According to the changing of test case, update the programming 5) To be the interface with supplier to support team to solve the issues. 6) Debug the program for the program. 5. Other software 1) In order to implement testing in HVB test bench, the software will be included but not limited to CANnect, Ediabas, HBM software. 2) Need to implement the software to support testing. Test execution 1. Test status monitoring Monitor the test status during the test running, to know the test process and detect the issue when test running, for urgent test case need to remote control and monitor test status at home. 2. Communicate with requestor for all the questions of testing. 3. Update test bench KPI in VMC system. 4. Monitor the test bench status, and to be the interface with maintenance team 5. Create the Jira ticket to maintenance if test bench has error Test result analysis 1. Trouble shooting on failure test, analysis the root cause. 2. Prepare the test data and summary the test result. 3. Prepare the lessons learnt for testing 4. Update the testing status in VMC 5. UUT management: store the battery and documentation. 6. Use necessary software to analysis the test result. Admin, documentation & meeting 1. Summarize the test method, lessons learn, and operation manual, document new device operation instruction. 2. Prepare and present report (in English and Chinese with word. PPT. Excel, etc.) for related topics. 3. Participate the test planning meeting 4. Support to plan the test bench planning 5. Participate the all the meetings. 6. KPI monitoring and calculation 7. Budget calculation and planning. 8. Communicate with external lab to make sure the test result delivered in time. 9.
