Responsibilities: * Familiar with conveyor system in automobile manufactory * Familiar with automated production equipment in medical industry * Mechanical Engineer for automobile industry conveyor system, continuously support for equipment supplier during planning, manufacturing, installation and commissioning. * Support for technology equipment/system planning, installation, commissioning in automobile manufactory Body Shops, Paint Shops and Assembly Shop, or between shops in automotive factory. * Review of system general plan, safety plan, equipment drawings from suppliers. * Equipment/system cycle time check jointly with interface to identify risks and give improvement feedback to final customer or equipment suppliers. * Interface to building side, in charge of construction requirements (incl. CSA and MEP) collection. * Site management and support during construction, as well as construction coordination with related parties like Production, Logistics planning, Facility planning, Process planning. * Tracking of project general schedule to ensure handover on time, as well as tracking of specific tasks during design, installation, commissioning and ramp-up stages. Pre-warning of delay on key milestones. * Participation of equipment/system acceptance or buyoff procedure from design stage to final handover. * Technical support during production ramp-up phase for troubleshooting. * Tracking of project documentation, and check of mechanical documents if necessary. * Creation and update of project open issue list and follow up regularly with supplier and customer. * Participation on regular status meetings, and submission of project regular status report or specific topic report.
Qualifications: * Bachelor degree on mechanical engineering, vehicle Engineering, automation or related majors * Familiar with vehicle manufacturing process and/or automation equipment * Good skills with AutoCAD. Catia, SIEMENS NX, UG or MicroStation * Good communication and presentation skills * Strong willingness and motivation to learn * Good at English in reading, writing and speaking * Able to do business travel during project progress * Experience with Daimler / BMW / VW / Audi / Volvo / SCANIA standard for equipment planning is a plus
