我们的客户是一家外资公司,机械行业。 Main Responsibilities: EHS and Quality 84Play a key role in safety first initiatives to guarantee the full implementation of EOHS and energy circles, empower initiatives to create a safe, healthy and environmentally friendly workplace. 84Rigorously enforce adherence to fire prevention procedures and environmental protection regulation. 84Assure all production activities meet quality management standards, compliant to internal drawing, SOP and external customer specifications. Manufacturing 84Be an ambassador to drive production system carrying out under Lean logic. 84Implement consistent output in line with customer demand, covering both domestic and export, and from System to Service business area. 84Form robust manufacturing process with digital and automotive tools by working with ME and IT team, working scope from parts machining to compression solution. 84Guarantee new project/compressor product launch successfully by working closely with Contracting/Sales, R&D, Engineering, Quality, Procurement and Supply chain functions. Monitor and lead production team performance improvement, including but not limited to 84Output, labor efficiency, OEE, First Pass Yield, OTD, Backlog, Scrap, Warranty KPIs, etc. 84Change management on production side, initiated by R&D, Engineering, Contracting/Sales, Supply chain, etc. Delivery 84Be responsible for order delivery reliability within committed lead times, monitor key deliverables during manufacturing process, closed loop management in terms of production planning. 84Drive on time delivery of finished compressor/service units, constantly review backlog and open manufacturing orders, and take mitigating actions to recover. Coordinate direct and indirect resources to fulfill customer demand efficiently. 84Ensure operations being engineered and changed for customer satisfaction in line with MRP Cost 84Manage assigned cost centers budget and actual expenditure for working capital improvement, including Capex, Opex control, etc. 84Monitor and report production related investment on projects, ensure deliverables accomplished compliant to group related procedure. 84Support on company cost saving task achieved by process changing with lean method. People and Resources 84Cultivate team culture of customer focus, quality first, safety always and team success. 84Develop a flexible, multi-skilled, competent team for both tailor made project and standardized production base, in line with fluctuant market demand 84Manage agility of human resources to fluctuating demand, talent identification and coaching, headcount monitor such as FTE, additional workforce, intern. Report and Meeting 84Report production team performance in transparent tools with daily/weekly/monthly report 84Develop capacity management tools for effective use of resources, equipment and floorspace. Supply chain 84Focus on internal flow effectiveness in line with lean manufacturing, both material and information. Reduce material, WIP and 7 wastes on site continually. 84Assist to instigate effective on-site supplier management and expediting processes to support on production running efficiently. Risk management 84Be one member of crisis committee, support and – if necessary – lead the emergency, proper contracts and other risks management on behalf of production, such as under COVID period, extreme weather conditions, etc. 84Be proactive, making sure that red flags are highlighted, that action plans are put in place when/where necessary and that an open communication with internal and external parties are maintained. Continues improvement 84Coordinate Kaizen program of continuous improvement, promote best practices and lesson learned to whole production team, such as digitalization, cost effectiveness, lean method, flow process, quality assurance, etc. Facility, Equipment Maintenance and upgrade 84Be responsible for production equipment and tools TPM work, supporting facility team on PM/AM maintenance management work. 84Play key role of factory expansion/new equipment investment, production buildings or infrastructures upgrade in line with short- and long-term business development plan. Requirements: Educational requirements 61 University degree (Bachelor/Masters) in related engineering/science discipline Experience and knowledge requirements 61 Result-oriented and experienced professional (10+ years) with proven experience in industrial factory production, 3+ years equivalent manager position 61 Knowledge of ISO 9000/14000/45000 systems and related EHS management, related experience of reciprocating compressor manufacturing as plus 61 Experience of employee development and employee relations management with managerial, professional, technician and entry-level personnel 61 Proven experience of change management, teamwork, active listening, communication, collaboration, and essential empathy Skills requirement 61 Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), knowledge in SAP advantageous 61 Excellent command of English in both writing and speaking
