现场代表汇报给仓库主管或客户项目经理,负责FDH驻客户现场零件柜,零件盒,现场仓库的相关工作以及仓库主管和项目经理安排的其他工作,具体包含但不限于: OnSite Representative reports to Warehouse Supervisor or Customer Program Manager, responsible for the works about FDH on-site customer bins & warehouse, as well as other tasks arranged by the Warehouse Supervisor and Customer Program Manager, including but not limited to: 1. 客户现场零件盒的定期巡视并及时扫描需补充的零件盒以及扫描数据的整理及上传。 Check the customer bins and scan the empty bins by regularly, organizing and uploading the scanned data. 2. 现场仓库货物接收并上架。 Goods receiving and put away. 3. 配合客户质检人员完成质量验收流程。 Cooperate with customer quality inspectors to complete the quality acceptance process. 4. 按照扫描上传数据结果或者客户需求拣货,重新包装并配送至客户现场零件柜。 Pick, repack and ship the parts to the customer bin according to scanned data or the customer needs. 5. 运用公司ERP系统完成以上收发货流程及库存管理,定期盘点库存,确保账物一致。 Use the company's ERP system to complete the above receipt and shipment processes and warehouse inventory management, Inventory cycle count, to ensure that the accounts and materials are consistent. 6. 配合仓库主管及项目经理的供应管理,安全库存管理,做好安全库存预警。 Cooperate with Warehouse Supervisor and Customer Program Manager supply management, safety stock management, do a good job of safety stock early warning. 7. 与客户现场相关人员保持沟通,及时了解项目相关信息并灵活处理客户现场相关问题。 Keep the communication with the customer production site, promptly get to know the program information and solve the problem flexible. 8. 做好现场仓库5S管理。 Do a good job in warehouse 5S management. 9. 配合完成公司整体目标及上级领导安排的其他工作。 Cooperate with and complete other tasks in line with the company's overall goals and the arrangements of superior leaders. 任职要求: Job Requirements: 1. 大专及以上学历,物流管理,机械制造或材料等相关专业。 Bachelor’s degree or above, major in logistics management, supply chain management and other related majors. 2. 1年以上工作经验,有制造类企业,航空,汽车等生产现场或仓库经验者优先。 1+ years’ experience in Warehouse management, with preference given to those with experience in manufacturing enterprises, aerospace, or automotive warehousing environments. 3. 英语4级及以上,具备基本的读写能力。 CET 4 or above in English with basic literacy skills. 4. 熟练使用MS Office软件。 Proficient in the use of MS Office software 5. 为人诚实可靠,能够吃苦耐劳,独立工作,具备独当一面的能力。 Honest & reliable, have the ability to be independent. 6. 善于沟通,能够处理好人际关系。 Ability to communicate effectively. 7. 具备一定的管理能力以配合公司后续的发展。 Possess a certain level of managerial capability to support the company's future development.
