Job description 1. Assist the GM in carrying out the management of the project department. 2. Responsible for organizing the project development process, completing the development mechanism, and formulating the development process . 3. Comprehensively manage the projects that are being undertaken and acquired, and achieve internal project indicators such as quality, cost and delivery. 4. Lead the team to connect with the corresponding functions of customers, complete client requirements, and enhance customer recognition. 5. Establish an internal training mechanism, enhance team capabilities, and cultivate international talents.
Basic Qualification 1. Mechanical, vehicle, automation, electrical and other automotive related majors; bachelor’s degree or above. 2. Understand the knowledge of seats, interior and exterior decoration products, and the company's main supporting products. 3. Have experience in project research and development management in the automotive parts industry. 4. Understand the project development process. 5. Good command of English.
