Job Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the management of prophase
quality and relevant areas.
2.Provide guidance to QA teams to conduct project
quality management tasks.
3.Formulate a quality assurance plans for new
projects.
4.Drive effective execution of quality activities
during various phases of new project
development to ensure on-time customer PPAP
approval and project launch.
5.Participate in special characteristics of selection
and make a review of content control.
6.Conduct project product and process release
audits and provide guidance.
7.Enhance departmental personnel's capability
in quality planning and control through quality
tools training and similar methods.
8.Participate in resolving complex/major quality
issues within the company, summarize lessons
learned from quality issues, and proactively
engage in quality activities based on these lessons.
9.Plan quality planning methodologies for the
system through activities such as process
improvement and task planning.
Job skill
1.Proficient useing quality tools, related system
and audit skills, have the ability to analyze
and rectify on-site.
2.Albe to plan quality activities,quality control,
and quality improvement in the new product
development process, ensur the effective
implementation of customer requirements in
quality activities, and continuously promoting
the improvement of product quality level.
