Principle Activities Create training concepts for the production plants Cooperate in optimizing existing processes and in developing new processes Cooperate in standardizing equipment and processes Provide advice in planning, selection and procurement of equipment, taking into account internal standards and user-specific requirements Conduct the parameterization and creation of the appropriate data sheets, under consideration of the design specifications Check the process window, under consideration of the design specifications Create extensive work instructions (e.g. for production associates, etc.) Conduct extensive training sessions with regard to supported technology Install very complex technical equipment (e.g. equipment, machinery, devices, etc.) Recognize and eliminate weak areas and develop suggestions to eliminate them Eliminate (or have eliminated) very difficult interruptions (e.g. failures, etc.) to machinery and equipment (e.g. due to tool breakage, etc.) Determine causes of defects/failures in complex equipment with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, etc. components; if necessary by using diagnostic systems Start equipment and adjust machine control systems correct processing programs, conduct test runs and functional tests, and generate the appropriate documentation
Job and Work Requirements Bachelor above 5 years experience in Industrial engineering or manufacturing process engineering; 3 years of experience in highly automatic equipment development or at least application area, such as a line with more than 10 robots. Proficient in one or more professional knowledge, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, automation, etc; Proficient in using office computers and office software; Can understand CAD drawings; Familiar with Siemens PLC programming, human-machine interface programming, and robot debugging skills; Excellent English skill; Be able to read Electrical and mechanical drawing
