Your Tasks：
61 Recommend, architect and develop PLC (programmable logic controllers) solutions to meet business needs as it relates to manufacturing / assembly operations on the shop floor.
61 Develop new strategies within automation as well as hardware & software for control systems.
61 Program automation and controls systems involving PLCs.
61 Implement standard engineering practices and provide detailed documentation upon project completion.
61 Provide day-to-day support for shop floor PLCs and related hardware, software, and applications.
61 Respond to the needs and questions of shop floor users as regards their access and use of shop-floor PLC applications, application issues, and training needs.
61 Be a proactive member of the global PLC team by participating actively in projects, process improvement opportunities, training, and other value added activities.
61 Make positive contributions to the vision and strategy of the global Product LineBU PLC organization.
61 Remain abreast of changes in the user / system software and hardware requirements.
61 Train end-users and maintain proper documentation with PLCs as well as other related shop-floor applications.
61 Understand and comply with QS-9000 and ISO-14000 requirements.
Your Profile:
61 Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering
61 Min. 3 years of work related experience or secondary education
61 Proven experience in PLC logic and programming, beneficially with Siemens TIA Portal and additionally knowledge in C# or C++
61 Proven experience in PLC logic and programming
61 Ability to read, comprehend and interpret P&IDs, technical specifications, mechanical design document and software requirement documents including electrical drawings
61 Ability to create and read logic as well as flow diagrams for program design, programming, simulation/testing, and start-up
61 Good communication and problem solving skills
