a. Critical Competency / 关键能力 61 Experience in concept construction design of E/E parts and components. 61 Knowledge of automotive development processes and standards. 61 Good English skills. 61 Team player with good organization and problem-solving skills. 61 Flexibility and interested to work in an international project environment. b. Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验 61 Bachelor or master’s degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering or Automotive Engineering. 61 Minimum 5-year experience in E/E parts development, manufacturing. 61 Complete BMW project experience is an add on. 61 Skilled to use CAD systems: Teamcenter, CATIA V5, etc. 61 Knowledge of MS Office Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. 工作职责 61 Develops component/ module/ system concepts, taking into account the requirement EKGQT and the geometric, functional and system-technical integration. He also ensures the maturity of the concept. 61 Implements (proof of concept) the agreed innovations in coordination with cluster responsible (pre-development). 61 Aligns the component / module / system concepts across the tech cluster (process chain) and provides the necessary premises EMT. 61 Stays within budget for concept development. 61 Coordinates the goals and requirements for its scope with those responsible for the function, the FGI’s and the KI’s or supports the FGI’s in coordinating the requirements for the cross sectional functions. 61 Creates the requirements from the SSA, the benchmarks and the patent situation for the component / module /system concepts. 61 Ensures that requirements from the functional specifications / system specifications, the quality standards, the agreed innovations, the building blocks and the proportion of the municipal scope are taken into account in the configuration and the component concepts. 61 Designs the component / module / system concepts geometrically, functionally and technically, taking into account the requirements EKGQT. 61 Provides all necessary data of its scope and fills the necessary systems (z.B. KMG, MMG, PDM). 61 Creates the agreed concept sections for filling the IKP for its scope and supports the geometric integration (GGI). (not for pure E/E scopes). 61 Supports the module leader in the plausibility check of the concepts within the framework of KPP and creates corresponding concept maturity sheets. (not for pure E/E scopes) 61 Requests the implementation and validation plan from the test engineer. 61 Creates the request documents (concept readiness sheet, component specifications) for the synchro point“request free” or (supported up to) “e- target free”. 61 Creates the status of the system and concept development for its scope and prepares the handover of the concept to the ML / SE / BE TL. 61 Reports to relevant roles / committees (ML, KI, TK, …) and to the concept group leader. 61 Has the mandate and represents all relevant departments along its tech cluster (process chain), including purchasing and T resort scopes. 61 Makes content related decisions for the product and process within its scope and determines the component scope, design and manufacturing processes for the respective subsystems. 61 Shows opportunities, risks and conflicting goals and drives quick decision making, also at the interfaces to other departments. 61 Escalates to relevant roles / committees (ML, KI, TK,…) for its scope (with evaluated alternative solutions) in the event of impending conflicts of interest / deviations from the objective. 61 Handover of the concept to the ML / SE / BE-TL for target agreement. 61 Discharge with the synchro point “confirmation of concept” by the PV.
