Responsibility: 61 Preparation, coordination, and execution of supplier reviews. Verification and selection of supplier, Industrialization of suppliers and sub suppliers. 61 Leading or participation in projects development and industrialization in terms of quality insurance, maturity level assurance, track the content of Q-offer, and process alignment across the plants and technologies of BMW AG. 61 T0 buy off onsite, tooling onsite check, onsite check LOP discussion follow up after equipment arriving, Equipment CMK investigation, Sample evaluation, AI Approval, PV test Parts buy off, Line trial parts buy off. 61 Industrialization phase and series phase development and management on supplier project, including supplier localization, deeper localization, relocation project, capacity increase project, technical change, resourcing, Change management., etc. 61 Solving critical quality problem, finding out the root cause and implementing long-term solution from supplier. 61 Empowering and coordinating at necessary suppliers and sub part suppliers (e.g. escalations). Leading and supporting to resolve the escalated supplier quality issue timely and effectively. Meanwhile, responsible for the meeting landscape of escalated supplier. 61 Responsible for the quality within supply chain and check supplier capacity and ensure continuously parts supply, follow up and report supplier status to management. 61 Quality Processes and requirements (e.g. RGA, LPKM Next, M-Portal…), including the steering of series tooling, manufacturing equipment etc., 61 BMW internal Communication (SE/BE Team support within the project, test engineering communication…) and Supplier regular communication. 61 Supplier process audit, e.g., requalification, Pre PCS, PCS, Ramp up check… 61 Evaluating supplier performance according to the company requirement. Push supplier to implement actions. 61 Using system (IPQ/SAP/PQM Next/M-gAMS/ERMS…) to manage supplier projects. 61 Supplier Risk Assessment, Preventive quality work (including design and process validation)
Requriement: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field knowledge business administration and supply chain management. -More than 5 years work experience in Automotive -Automobile product knowledge. -Skilful of 5 core tools(VDA6.3, FEMA, MSASPC, 8D),IATF16949/ISO 9001. -Familiar with automotive parts manufacturing process. -Professional knowledge including quality control, problem analysis, manufacturing process, cost analysis, supplier quality assurance. -Good command of written and spoken English. -Welding experience and knowledge -German skills are a plus.
