61 Support line manager to implement all the defined operation activities and tasks. 61 Steer the team status/ results in regular basis to ensure the topics are reviewed at proper timing to reach the target agreement. 61 Steer the team overall target agreement/ KPI relevant topics status and report to line manager in regular basis of purchasing/ QMP/ both teams, include but not limited to nomination/ project status. 61 Organize meetings for all relevant topics about the team, with good time and topic management. 61 Follow up and steer the tasks defined from different circles/ meetings/ workshops/ etc. timely and regular reporting to line manager. 61 Maintain and update the PUR/ QMP steering lists based on information from the team. 61 Stay as interface towards process partners about steering relevant topics, align project status, and exchange necessary input/output. 61 Prepare the presentation for relevant reporting circles and workshops. 61 Prepare presentations for the direct and upper management. 61 Prepare and organize for events (group events, management events, team forums). 61 Coordinate appointments and information concerning line manager and all team members. 61 Support line manager and team coordinators for team related topics. 61 Steer team travel plan and team events plan. 61 Support team activities. 61 Support line manager and team members on other tasks based on delegation.
