Clarify the responsibility of non-confirming components.
Inspection of LDL parts. Together with logistics, to make sure the package integrity and cleanness, especially for the components have a cleanliness requirement.
Identifying solutions to all problems caused by the manufacturing process.
Using the appropriate QMP tools such as PQM (status 10-120), Complaint Report Process and B2B portal for evaluation of supplier solutions with agreed timelines.
Ensuring that inspection actions are initiated and controlled during a containment activity.
Communication of defects to the supplier via the Complaint Report process in SAP, which initiates the 8D process and ensures capture of the steps required for the problem resolution completion.
Representing the department in various lead roles, for key process requirements such as SAP, CR's, PQM, 5S, B2B, q-CAT, IPSQ (VP) or FENATA (PT), cleanliness etc.
Communication with global plants responsible person & oversea suppliers.
