Main Responsibility
- To be responsible for the Project Quality Plan and Planning
- To manage the project development activities.
- To guarantee the customer satisfaction and the conformity of our development and delivery according to customer's specifications
- To be responsible for development and industrialization of project
- To manage the project team & development budget
- To put in place with other function managers the necessary resources to develop the project
- To guarantee the project Gross Margin according to CAA and IAR indications
- To report to the PMC the status of the project and put in place action plans letting the achievement of targets


Qualification
- Master or bachelor degree in engineering or similar background
- Knowledge in international engineering and project management systems
- At least five- year related working experience
- Fluent English skill
- Strong leadership skill
