Key Responsibility：
主要职责 ：

1. Body shop and assembly shop manufacturing equipment planning;
白车身车间以及总装车间制造设备的规划；
2. Assess join order , component data, interconnection technique and fixture clamping sequence;
评估连接顺序、部件数据、连接技术以及夹具夹紧顺序；
3. Research 、optimize and evaluate the scheme of body in white production line planning;
研发、优化及评价白车身生产线规划方案；
4. Make BOM via MG or Delmia tool;
利用MG，Delmia等工具制作方案BOM；
5. Make flow chart, line drawings, assembly line data table and safety drawings, etc.;
制定流程图、流水线方案图纸、流水线数据表、安全图纸等；
6. Make inquiry information, product information and presentations;
制作询价资料、供应的产品资料以及演示文稿；
7. Planning scheme demonstration and to discuss details with customers;
在客户处进行规划的方案演示以及和客户进行相关的细节讨论；
8. Track all changes arising from the project (such as changes of parts 、plan、 detailed description, ECR, engineering change request);
追踪项目中出现的所有的变更（如部件、方案、详细说明中的变更）；
9. According to the requirement of project , coordinate and calibration with designer and simulation engineer;
根据项目的需要，和设计工程师、仿真工程师进行协调、校准；
10. Foundation plan and buy-off document;
设备落位图及验收文件制作；
11. Work together with sub-supplier, supplier data quality control;
管理供应商，检查供应商输出的质量；
12. Project specification and data prepare such as red line and BFW file;
准备项目标准及基础数据，如red line文件和BFW文件；
13. Trouble shooting for engineering phase and onsite phase.
设计阶段及现场阶段的问题解决。


Qualifications:
任职资格：

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or automotive related or mechanical graduated from the vocational technical college and career in related training;
本科或以上学历，机械或汽车相关专业或者毕业于机械类职业技术院校并且从事过相关的职业培训；
2. More than 3 years work experience in automotive industry for planning work and familiar wit process flow, connection equipment, safety concept and standard;
在汽车行业有过3年以上规划工作经验 ,熟悉整车厂加工流程，连接设备，安全方案，标准；
3. Knowledge of CAD software, such as CATIA V5, Micro Station and UG;
具有CAD软件的知识，如CATIA V5, Micro Station , UG;
4. Knowledge of MS Office ,especially MS Excel;
具有很好的MS Office知识，特别在MS Excel方面；
5. Knowledge of English, sufficient ability for meeting, communication and documentation;
具有良好的英语知识 ，有足够的英语能力处理会议，技术交流，文档整理等任务；
6. Has the team consciousness and organization talent, systematic, analytical and structured way of working;
具有团队意识及组织天赋 ,具有系统性、分析性、结构性的工作方式；
7. Responsible for project dead line, able to plan capacity and produce high quality output on time.
具有对项目节点负责的精神，能合理规划产能，按时做出高质量输出。
