Responsible for questions in terms of manufacturing process and material; 负责在制造工艺和材料方面的问题； 10. Project report and status tracking; 项目汇报及状态跟踪； 11. Trouble shooting for engineering phase and onsite phase; 设计阶段及现场阶段的问题解决； 12. Manage sub design supplier, in charge of design quality and mile stone; 管理设计供应商.对设计质量以及各里程碑节点负责； 13. Onsite working during installation, commissioning and buy off phase. 项目现场阶段驻项目现场（安装，调试，验收）。
Qualifications: 任职资格：
1. University degree in the area of mechanical design; 大学本科以上学历，机械设计专业； 2. Proficient level of us for CATIA V5 or UG; CATIA V5 或UG精通； 3. More than 3 years of experience in design of BIW fixtures; 在白车身夹具设计方面有3年以上的工作经验； 4. Knowledge of English, sufficient ability for meeting, communication and documentation; 具有良好的英语知识 ，有足够的英语能力处理会议，技术交流，文档整理等任务； 5. Structured and analytical way of working; 结构化的和分析的工作方式； 6. Can work on independently and manage sub design supplier; 可以独立完成工作，并管理设计供应商； 7. Responsible for project dead line, able to plan capacity and produce high quality output on time. 具有对项目节点负责的精神，能合理规划产能，按时做出高质量输出。
