Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:
？ Review/design the NPD package and package opt
？ Create the packaging drawing(3D/2D)
？ Qualify for the package approval
？ Make sure the package Opt implement through ECN process

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
？ Good knowledge in packaging engineering, e.g. structure design, material selection etc
？ Familiar with the packaging test standards and methods
？ Familiar with customer’s packaging specification and requirements;
？ Good knowledge in Auto-CAD and Pro/E;
？ Familiar with the commonly used packaging material properties and processing technology；
？ 5+ years of hands-on experience of packaging design.
？ Pack structure design based on the customer requirements in time
？ Check /Validate packaging samples if meeting the design requirement or not
？ Do Pre-drop test to verify the preliminary pack design
？ Release packaging part 2D drawings/OOBE
？ Improve the pack design once test failed
？ Release packaging BOM and BOM setup
？ Responsibility, willing to travel when needed.
