SUMMARY

Injection engineer to support Design and PD team on new product development. New material sourcing and implementation. Support production team on continuous improvements of injection quality, efficiency and cost.

 注塑工程师支持新产品开发设计和开发团队。新材料的采购和实施。支持生产团队持续改进注塑质量、效率和成本。

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES.

 In charge of tooling from design to production.

• Evaluate the plastic product’s structure and provide professional advise on how to make it.

• Support new plastic product’s development by providing professional technical input on tooling.

• In-charge of new injection material sourcing and implementation.

• Cooperate with design and PD team on the new plastic item’s development, sample follow up.

• Follow up tooling status and trial with production team.

• Problem solving of any issue of injection and tooling.

• Other jobs assigned

 1) 负责模具从设计到生产的全过程。

2) 评估注塑产品的结构，并就如何制造提供专业建议。

3) 为新注塑产品的开发提供专业的模具技术支持。

4）负责注塑新材料的开发和实施。

5）与设计和开发团队合作开发新产品，跟进样品。

6）与生产团队一起跟踪工装状态和试产情况。

7）解决注塑和模具的问题。

8）其他分配的工作

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENT

 ·         At least 5+ years of tooling and injection experience;至少5年以上模具和注塑工作经验

 ·         Family with tooling’s design and problem solving;熟悉模具设计和问题解决;

 ·         Familiar with different injection material;熟悉各种注塑材料;

 ·         High levels of energy and self motivation, open and direct in communication  精力充沛，有很强的自我激励能力，沟通坦诚。
