岗位目标 Job Targets 1.作为项目品质的负责人和客户的品质窗口。密切跟进新项目内部品质表现,针对新项目转量产建立转移的品质目标机制。协同内部工程团队品质改善。 As project Quality owner and customer quality contact ,monitoring the project quality performance closely , set the quality targets&MP readiness review with internal team , push for improvement.
2. 及时处理处理客户端品质问题和产线品质异常,从产品的试产阶段开始推动内部的持续改进,预防问题的再发生。 Deal with Customer complain quality issue/ internal quality issue in time with engineering team and production team , prevent the reoccurance from project NPI,MP to EOL.
3. NPI阶段如客户资料的准备,收集与整理,以及与客户澄清检验标准,测试量测方法等,包括但不限于 SIP initiate,CPK, GR&R, Correlation test data. Align Quality inspection/ measurement standard with customer , prepare customer documents , including SIP initiate,CPK, GR&R, Correlation test data.
4. 制定各种与品质相关的检验标准与文件,培训相关QC检验人员。 Work out QI for internal team, training QC operators
5. 质量标准与客户特殊要求的导入。 Align with customer for customer new SPEC and requirement , cut in customer special request internally.
6. 协助 QMS 完成客户对公司的审核,以及公司内部审核。 Support customer audit and internal audit.
任职资格 Qualifications 教育水平:大专及以上学历
Education:College Degree or above 专业:理工科或者相关专业
Professional: Science and Engineering or related major 工作经验:至少6年质量控制经验;至少有2年产线制程QE品质管理经验,至少有3年CQE客户品质工程经验, 具有无尘室工作经验并且了解无尘室的要求者优先;具有模切行业工作经验者优先
Work Experience: Minimum 6 years quality control experience; at least 3 years process quality engineer work experience,at least 3 years of CQE work experience, Work experience and know well about clean room preferred; Work experience in die cut industry preferred.
英语要求:Above CET-4,良好的英语会话沟通能力者优先。 English Requirement: CET-4,Good communication ability in English speaking is preferred.
能力要求 Capacity Requirement:
1. 具备产线异常处理经验及沟通能力;较强问题解决能力; Production line issue handling experience and good communication ability with customer; Strong problem-solving skill 2. 具有NPI项目经验;NPI project –quality follow up experience 3. 会运用8D及PDCA理念推动生产线持续改善. Run 8D and PDCA to push production improvement. 4. 具备客诉处理经验及较强的客户沟通能力以及自主性; Customer complaints handling experience and good communication ability with customer; 5. 熟悉并熟练应用过程质量控制工具,如QCP,CPK,SPC,FMEA,GR&R. Familiar with process control quality tools,such as QCP,CPK,SPC,FMEA,GR&R.
