工作职责：
1. 跟进国际货物运输 （包括快递，海运，空运）；
2.管理及安排货物出口；
3.处理报关事宜、能熟练运用OFFICE软件，制作报关单等出口单据及付款文件的制作；
4.及时同销售部门沟通，反馈最新货物出口情况；
5.确保物流环节流畅，及时解决各种突发问题；
6.快件的发送及接收。


任职资格：
1.大专或以上学历，物流或国际贸易相关专业；
2.3年以上工作经验；
3.熟练使用办公软件；
4.j精力充沛，工作富有激情；
5.良好的英文口头及书面表达能力。


Responsibilities:
1. Follow up international shipments (Express &Sea & Air freight).
2. Manage the whole export shipment flow.
3. Make the customs clearance doc. and payment doc.
4. Communicate with the sales and update information in a timely manner.
5. Solve various problems & difficulties in operation to ensure each shipment smoothly.
6. Express sending and receiving in office.


Qualifications:
1. Colleage education or above, logistics or international trade or other relevant major;
2.3 years working experience;
3.Familiar with MS office;
4.High levels of energy and self motivation, open and direct in communication;
5.Good command of written & oral English.
