Title:Product Engineer（Project Manager）
职位：产品工程师（项目经理）

主要工作职责:
1. Act as a technical developer of new products within our range of supply.
担任我们供应范围内新产品的技术开发人员。
2. Identification of new potential products together with our sales team, and implement such products together with technical staff at Backer HTS.
与我们的销售团队一起识别新的潜在产品，并与贝克的技术人员一起实施这些产品。
3. Understanding and experience with heating product technical standards and approvals.
了解供暖产品技术标准和认证，并拥有相关经验。
4. Interface to the local sales team as to overseas colleagues.
与当地销售团队以及海外同事建立联系。
5. Person must have strong personality with a wide technical knowledge who takes ownership of projects.
此人必须个性鲜明，拥有广泛的技术知识，能够主导项目。
6. Through careful planning is able to run-and successfully implement projects according to agreed time schedule.
通过周密计划，能够按照约定的时间表运行并成功实施项目。
7. Assist with other tasks activities as needed.
协助完成其他相关工作。

教育背景:
1. 本科及以上学历，机械设计、电气工程、自动化等相关专业优先（有多年机械设计类产品工作经验者可放宽专业条件）。
Bachelor degree or above，major in Mechanical Design，Electrical Engineering，Automation or related.(Years of experience in mechanical design products can be relaxed professional requirements)

职位所需经验与技能要求:
1. At least 5 years Engineer working experience, minimum 3 years’ design experiences in mechanical and electrical industrial.Familiarity with electric heating products is preferred.
至少5年工程师工作经验，3年以上机械设计类产品/行业相关工作经历。熟悉电热类产品优先。（白色家电/工业/商用等加热元件）
2. Documented success from previous industrial projects.
具有以往工业项目的成功经验。
3. Experience from working with relevant suppliers during development phase and evaluate actual pricing and technical abilities.
具备在开发阶段与相关供应商合作的经验，并评估实际价格和技术能力。
4. Good English reading and writing skill, basic oral communication skill in English.
良好的英语阅读和写作能力，具有基本的口语基础；
5. Proficient at AutoCAD 2D/3D, Creo(Pro-E).
熟练掌握和应用AutoCAD及Creo(Pro-E) 等工程设计软件
6. Excellent communication skills, pro-active and independent, team worker as well as friendly, open and looking forward to new challenges.
