Job Description 1.Responsibilities: 2.Responsible for sourcing activities, including searching new supplier, new product, quality and price comparison, sample comparison, price negotiation, factory evaluation etc. 3.Knowledge for AU/EU market 4.Capable to deal with overseas customers / vendors/ internal parties independently 5.Support Sourcing Specialist in daily purchasing operation 6.Organize and maintain supplier database 7.Preparing quotation, data filing, sample handling and administrative support 8.Knowledge of finding the right supplier and factory 9.Frequently travel to factories with located at different provinces for auditing the production quality 10.Assist Engineering team to manage factory’s product to meet with customer’s requirements 11.Handles other ad hoc duties and assignments as required
Requirements:
1.Diploma or Associate degree or above 2.Minimum 3-5 years independent product sourcing experience in trading company or buying office 3.Familiar with MS Office including Word/Excel/Power Point 4.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects independently 5.Strong reading and writing in English
