Brief description of the position:

We expect this person to assist when gathering new sales and to follow up independently confirmed orders of developed items.

1 Sample collection and shipments

1.1 Contact with, Factories and customers local Chinese offices and overseas

2 Order collection

2.1 Product database for new items

2.1.1 Summarize item specs gathered by the sourcing team

2.2 Sample tags

2.3 WM documents including BTR and IRF

3 Order following

3.1 Place orders with the factories

3.1.1 Input data in Intra system.

3.2 Shipping

3.2.1 CO, packaging list, invoice

3.2.2 Shipping forwarder

3.3 Retail link

3.4 Inspection of the goods

3.5 Payment following

4 Assisting in sales activities

4.1 Sales presentations in PPT

4.2 Coordinate picture taking of all samples

4.3 Control and update department order overview

6 Experience

6.1 3-4 years working experience with at least 1 year experience in working with buying offices of or directly with major retailers

6.2 Experience in working with medium to small oversees customer to follow up order

6.3 Good communication skills

6.4 Advanced Office skills


1. 有过商超客户经验者优先；
2. 熟悉跟单流程，能独立跟进和操作整个业务流程；下单，跟进生产进度，出货，做清关资料；
3. 与国外客户进行日常沟通；
4. 筛选优质供应商以及清晰知道所找的产品；
5. 有EPR系统或类似软件额经验；
6. 思路清晰
