Job Responsibilities: 1.Manage customer orders as per company policies, procedures and sales contracts with customers; 2.Receiving and input orders into system (non-ecomm orders); 3.Contact with customer and confirm orders (non-ecomm orders); 4.Follow-up and control the order; 5.Handle sample/DTM requirements of customers; 6.Receiving and input sample orders into system or data base; 7.Contact with customer and confirm orders; 8.Follow-up and control the order; 9.Arrange shipment where needed; 10.Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Requirements: 1.College or above degree; 2.Mandarin, and English language; 3.Good communication, collaboration and influencing skills ; 4.High customer service mind-set; 5.Capable of working in a competitive, demanding and time-critical environment; 6.Proven ability to follow up thoroughly and in detail.
