主要工作职责: 1.Analyze and Compile annual, seasonal and monthly sales plan of sales department in accordance with the company overall sales target. 依据公司整体销售目标,分析并制定销售部年、季、月度销售计划,并执行。 2.Develop new market and conduct business negotiation with new clients. 开拓新市场,开发新客户及与客户进行谈判接洽。 3.Evulate requirements of products and service from client and facilitate orders. 评估客户需求推荐相关产品和服务,促成订单的下达。 4.Maintain customer relationship and gahter information and feedbacks from clients. 客户关系维护,定期拜访客户,收集市场、客户信息反馈。 5.Monitor each business including contract composition , order evaluation and signing agreements, ensure delivery. 监控各项销售工作,组织合同、订单评审和签订,确保交期。 6.Check inventory and find out ways to make good use. 确认库存状况并提出库存消化措施。 7.Conduct promotion and analysis on competitors,Prepare sales reports and analysis.. 开展促销活动,对竞品进行分析,销售报表与分析。 8.Cross department communication and coordination, perform temporary works. 跨部门沟通与协调及临时性任务的执行。 9.Account checking with customer and chasing the payment on time.
以上主要工作职责并未包括所有的工作,其他相关工作由上司根据工作需要适当安排。 教育背景: Engineer Bachelor or above / Workable English 工科大学本科及以上学历,懂英语。
