Job description: - Brand product development and closely work with internal R&D team and contractor suppliers. - Lead and coordinate project planning, resourcing, supplier management, progress reporting, troubleshooting for NPI Project. - Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality reliability, schedule and cost. - Open mind and company business sense oriented.
Major Responsibilities: - Owner of project to handle all related things including but not limited to target alignment , issues resolving and status reporting. - Manage project/program from Product Concept to MP . including(but not limited to): - Lead activities to identify associated risks and feasibility to projects - Develop program plan estimates 02 - Lead and cooperate with the project team(both internal and external manufacturing and design partners)02 to carry out work described by the plan, making adjustments as needed, launching the product on time/cost/quality. - NPI checklist follow up- input to output standardization and monitoring
Qualifications: - A minimum of 5 years' experience within a Product Development/project management role, preferably within Consumer Electronics field with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from concept phase to production start. - Ability to demonstrate strong experience in the following areas: - Risk management and mitigation - Lead or participate in problem solving - Crisis management; scope and impact clarification - Demonstrated acumen across wide range of engineering disciplines, ie.manufacturing, mechanical design/ assembly, User/ quality - ODM/OEM projects running
