Lead Sales team to identify new business opportunities, acquire, develop, and improve company’s market share, emphasize on import market, and key markets like Europe, America, India, etc.
Job description:
- Identify potential customers, and approach assigned accounts, and gain new business of free-hand cargo. - Achieve monthly/quarterly GP target, sales visits target and sales leads target as required by management.
- Address customer’s concerns skillfully and professionally.
- Design and implement SOP.
- Assist in operation review, continuous process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- At least 5 Years experience in international Forwarding Sales (Sea & Airfreight) (attached Sales performance of recently 5 Years will be preferred.)
-Be familiar with all aspects of market knowledge, such as key commodities, key Customers, market share and key competitors, especially with solid import market knowledge.
- Good understanding of South China Sea & Airfreight Handling Procedures,
- Good understanding of South China Sea & Airfreight Market & Rates,
- Proficiency in English, Language of business practices is required,
- Good computer software literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint),
