Job Descriptions: 1. Follow up toy development progress (Design, Engineering & Packaging), alert concerned parties in US, HK and China offices of potential slippage in schedule. Co-ordinate with various departments for information update & reporting. 2. Maintain project schedule update in system. 3. Analyze the historical data of new toys development for the preparation of the report of toy performance against standard lead-time. 4. Responsible for escalating any issues from the development, manufacturing, or quality groups, while also assigning ownership to issues as needed to resolve. 5. Prioritize work according to Project Critical Path activities 6. Prepare and Lead project review and other key project meetings and document key action points.
Job Requirements 1. Bachelor degree of Engineering / Administration/English 2. 3+ years of Project Management experience on the complex consumer product development. 3. Project integration management skill with strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and Project Life Cycles is a plus. 4. Good interpersonal skill. 5. Resilient to dynamic team structure. 6. Proficient written English. 7. Familiar with Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint. 8. Precise data entry ability is a must.
